Travis Miller

Travis Miller is a web designer, developer and strategy consultant. He works with startups, agencies & entrepreneurs to build strong brands and create meaningful experiences on the web. He is driven by startups, community, and entrepreneurship both local and abroad.

Travis was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas and completed his degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Tampa John H. Sykes College of Business. With over 10 years of experience, Travis has been involved in numerous profit and non-profit projects and initiatives, competed in and facilitated business development competitions and has spoken at events and panels on creative technologies and entrepreneurship. He is dedicated to developing his community and to the education and mentoring of young creatives and technologists for the future.

Matthew Kelly

Matthew Kelly is a director, writer, consultant and entrepreneur. His experience is rooted in over 20 years in IT and theatre.

He is a former chair and executive director of the non-profit theatre company TRT, and has collaborated on many non-profit projects in the arts, including CariFringe 2010, with a focus on community building. After holding various IT administration positions in internet service providers and IT firms such as BGC, he founded and ran the call center company Ally Business Solutions in 2011, and later sold it to Forsythe’s Communications in 2014.

Matthew Currently helps SMEs optimize their business and IT systems as a consultant and is a founding partner of Arrowlynk Ventures. His wide interests in sci-tech, psychology, and storytelling, converge on his focus of studying and developing resilient systems.

Niekia Horton

Niekia is an aspiring lifelong learner, who loves reading and supporting others in realizing their goals. She is a huge TED talks fan. She enjoys the exchange of ideas and the challenge of turning a concept into reality.

Niekia holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. She is a licensed Chartered Accountant in the Bahamas and a Senior Professional in Human Resource certified by the HR Certification Institute. She has over 15 years’ of professional experience in financial services, accountancy, and human resources. She is a member of Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountant and Bahamas Human Resource Development Association. She started her career at one of the big four accounting firms and currently holds the position of Deputy Managing Director of a Swiss Bank.

Niekia specializes in strategic planning and human capital management. She believes that a clear vision is the first step in building a viable business and the greatest asset to any organization is its people.

Michael “Tino” Sands

Michael Sands is a Banker with experience in corporate loan financing, debt restructures, syndicated loans, and business analysis. He manages relationships of institutional clients in the healthcare, retail, food & beverage, education, energy, hospitality, and real estate industries, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of these companies in order to assess behavioral and financial performance trends.

Michael is also Founder of Vida Cayo Ltd., a Beachwear & Accessories Brand, which provides experience in retail product development, pricing, logistics, and distribution.

Stefen Deleveaux

Stefen Deleveax is an Economist, Startup Consultant, Fintech & Blockchain Lobbyist. Stefen received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics fromHartwick College. He has experience in macroeconomic research, corporate services, project operations, and in client relationship management.

Stefen has an extensive background in Banking, working with the Inter-American Development Bank and is now a Program Associate for Templeton First Trust Bank and is a Founder of the Caribbean Blockchain Alliance.
